Rotated through three teams over the course of twelve months, learning a massive amount of new skills from Kotlin programming through large-scale AWS deployment. Worked on wide-scale systems upgrades to Java 17; developing a bespoke benchmarking solution for custom backend server architecture and prototyping integrating Amazon Managed Prometheus metrics with custom AWS-hosted servers.

Designed and prototyped a new standout feature for Microsoft Fabric’s Data Activator product to extend the expressabilty of the service. Developed in-depth engineering documentation to describe the complexity of the system.

Joined a team of four interns to design and develop a new system for applying margins to FX trades via a Graph-based user interface. Prototyped using the react-diagrams TypeScript package, of which I extended to work within Caplin’s FX suite.
